a starry start

Making a bit of a start on joining up my stars this weekend
This sweetstar quilt combines lots of my favourite things
... scraps & stash,
... stars & hexis,
... plaid & just a little black

Makes me smile!
Linking up with Leanne & Nicky for November's 'scraptastic tuesday' over here at shecanquilt

    1. I’m having fun digging deep in my stash looking for combinations that go well together.
And I’m hoping these muted colours - mixed up with a bit of black – will bring to mind those vintage scrap quilts that clash, but somehow in a lovely way. Fingers crossed!
      Thanks for stopping by, Linda

  14. Love the fabrics in both stars. If the others are as pretty, it's going to be stunning.
