ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilt with beautiful quilting!
ReplyDeleteThanks Karrin. It’s on our bed now, and I’m loving this modern fabric combo with a vintage twist. (p.s. I've tried twice to email you with my reply but it hasn't gone through.)
DeleteIt’s beautiful! You’re always so fast and so is your long arm quilter! Our long arm quilters have waiting lists of 3 to 5 months!
ReplyDeleteLove the peach colored fabric with the beautiful feathers!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet! I'm not much of a pink person....but, pink works so well in the quilt! Love it!
ReplyDeletefabulous finished photo's Linda. I love your use of fabrics and colours. Looks like it's right at home on the bed with the book too.
ReplyDeleteWow...this is really lovely...the peach just makes it.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful quilt. Perfect fabric and quilting choices. I have the DS plaid in a different colorway. I love that it's printed on the diagonal. Congratulations on another great finish.
ReplyDeleteThe different sashing gives it a very unusual setting - perfect for the variety of fabrics! I thought I recognised Leeanne's feathers!
ReplyDeleteHi Suz, I must say, it was a simple make with those big blocks.
DeleteAnd with the assorted sashing sizes and the swopping out of fabrics in some of the blocks, it gives a real make- do utility look. You know, like... I ran out of fabric, but I substituted this, and this... and see... it all still works... kinda! Have a good week, L
Lovely combination of colours. An unusual fabric for the binding which looks great, draws the eye to the quilt blocks. The quilting looks exquisite.
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful quilt. I especially like the binding.
ReplyDeleteI really like your quilt. The colors, fabrics, and block pattern all come together so nicely. Thank you for telling us about the book. I will have to seek it out.
