another colour explosion!





A few progress photos first . . .






And here's my completed 'bohemian on point' quilt top. I've used a scrappy selection of both Anna Maria Horner and Outback Wife fabrics, and repeated a few fabrics too. Some blocks merge, some are busy, others not so, and some blow hot & cold, while others are a definite light/dark combo.

I had some self doubt moments about halfway through, but then a few sweet quilty friends gave me some +ve feedback {thank you} and I continued to the end. My finished top measures approx. 54" x 68", without borders.

It's an explosion of colour that's for sure . . .











. . .  but it does make me smile!

  2. I have been out of the loop for a while and just catching up on what you have been stitching. The colour and fabrics in this top are gorgeous. You always find lovely ways to combine colour and patterns.
