Thanks Karyn! It’s a simple new pattern from Jo Dunsmuir. Inspired by beach holiday homes, lots of mismatched furnishings, bed linens & crockery... just like our bach at Waihi! I couldn’t resist making it!
I've been making stacks of pinwheels from leftovers for a while but now... Love your blue and white. Don't they always look good whatever colors are used. I want them all.
Thanks Ann. Yes, I’m a big fan of blue & white too! I’ve had a little rethink about the florals I’m adding, it’s beginning to look really nice, simple but nice! One more border to do and then I’ll post more photos.
I've got pinwheels on the brain at the moment, so this really floats my boat. Like Ann you have a real knack for pulling together an apparently random, scrappy bunch of fabrics and looking like they belonged together all along.
You got that one started quickly. Very nice!

mmmm. nothing beats a simple crisp one block quilt. I love this, the fabrics are gorgeous and I can't wait to see the whole thing.
