and one final pic as the sun went down ...
As a few have already commented, this quilt reminds me of the very 1st sampler I made way back when I first began my sewing journey. I hope maybe this one - with different weights of fabric & soft limited palette - will capture that intersection of traditional quilting with a modern twist quite nicely.

Lovely sampler, but sashing is what really enhances or brings it all together.
Your quilt is lovely and just shimmers in that fading light. I learned to quilt by making a sampler too.
Super quilt top finish! And good photos. Congatulations.
Seeing your finished top in the sunlight gives it an entirely different flavor, with much more emphasis on the lighter shades, especially the pinks. I like it so much with the added sashings, a lovely finish.
This is a lovely result from all your work and planning.
It turned out very pretty indeed, and what a lovely spot for a photo. I deeply miss my outdoor clothesline (in Iowa), which was much more appropriate for photographing quilts than hanging out laundry! Congratulations on completing this quilt top!
I think your sampler is lovely, Linda! The colors you used are soft and cozy, but modern, too. I love that olive green especially!
Yes, a lovely sampler. You chose colors well. The sashing is perfect. Geat job, as usual.
very pretty. I really like the additions of corner stones.
