… sometimes it works, sometimes not!

The border/setting triangle fabric picks up so many of the colors in your blocks and looks great.
Oh my goodness! At the risk of repeating myself, another beauty! That start pattern with the snowball centre is new to me - luv. A wonderful use of fabrics, even if they are 20+ years old. That turquoise you used for the setting triangles is gorgeous. Do you remember the name of it?
Gorgeous finish and I love how you pieced those two smaller bits of fabric together to "make do." No one will notice in the finished quilt, but if they do, they will just be in awe of your craftiness and ingenuity.
Oooo. How pretty! Your colors are beautiful together. And I totally appreciate piecing bits of fabric to come up with enough to fit a needed patch piece. It's an excellent example of "use what you have." Our foremothers would be proud of you.
