I'm using a real mishmash from my stash, precious pieces, forgotten fabrics & dated designs, along with a few recent designer fabrics thrown in for a special treat. Loving how well these scraps all work together, no matter if they are modern or more traditional.

I really like this design, but I can't figure out the block. Are you making blocks or laying out the whole design to then be sewn in rows? It is intriguing.

Yes, yes! This is looking good! I enjoy seeing how you piece your range of scrap prints. Though, I think you really cannot go wrong! Good for you to make HSTs. They're one of my least favorite patches to piece, but they are always effective in a quilt design. Good job you!
I know I did leave a quick comment on Instagram but will repeat here, this is the perfect pattern for using up small scrap pieces and they don't have to be matchy-matchy which is a good thing. Beautifully colourful and such a nice design.
We had a family red and white Jacob's Ladder growing up which I loved. Yours is a lovely reminder of it. Enjoy.

Such a joyful collection of scrappy goodness! I agree that assembly will be a long and laborious journey but I am sure it will make one darling, cozy, and cuddle-worthy quilt.
